Does it work?
The Pharmacy Care program is a one-on-one private evaluation
with your pharmacist. It takes about half an hour. You will
provide health and medical information, and the medication that
you are taking will be evaluated for appropriateness – both
prescription and non-prescription. All the information will be
confidential and kept on file for future reference; and the
routine "checkups" needed to monitor changes in medication and
health. |
